Developer Help Required

Hello,

I have little or no knowledge of coding for eSignal so I am looking for a developer to program a function for me.

I want to generate an alert every time that a technical setup occurs; for example, the price crosses the ten-period average from below (I will provide my own formula).

I want to specify the list of symbols that I would like to be monitored.

I want the alert to be sent to an email address (although I think that this facility is standard).
