I need a custom daily high/ Low

the OHLC EFS's seem to track the daily High/Lows from 12:00 AM to 12:00AM NY. I need and EFS that will show the high low on my charts from 17:00 PM to 17:00PM NY time. is there one available ?

I was looking for same thing and I found a commercial efs that was perfect for me. It's called Hi/Lo Band written by Divergence Software - http://www.sr-analyst.com/studies.htm. Very inexpensive ($15) and works great.
