I need to create a script that will alert/debugprint when we are within 5 pts of a pivot. Im using this on the dow YM. I can't seem to get the pivots to work properly on tick playback so its hard to set something up to test. Does anyone already have a script of this type laying around?
Basically there are certin things I don't want to happen, ie: Dont take a short when your 3 pts above a pivot etc.
P.S. Im also looking for a few good volume filter ideas if anyone has them. Ie: dont take trades if the vol is siginificently lower then the avg volume.
