need EFS to calculate last 70 minutes range

id like to either get or make a EFS that can calculte the last 70 mins range. I tried the ATR indicator but its useless for what i want to do.

justs a simple calculation that does HIGH - LOW = x (expressed in tics)

anyone can help?
