Colored stochastics

hello

i need a study which colored the stochastics line green when it crosses above 30 (for example) and stays above this level AND red when it goes below 70 (and stayed below 70).

Does it exist before?

I do not have code for this but just one question:

How must a line be green while above 30 and red while below 70?

The line will always be between 30 & 70 except when it is below 30 or above 70.
