Stoller Average Range Channels (STARC)

I am interested in the STARC indicator. Any ideas on how to go about getting this? Thanks

There might be 2 sources to help you.
(1) Check out specialty scripts under file sharing. Chris has some good studies there including Stoller. Also check his Dynamic RSI.
(2) Check this thread. Is this similar to what you are looking for?
