Complete Price Pivot

I am looking for some help in creating an efs that would draw a line to the right of the chart once certain criteria was met.

Please look at the attached images for a visual of what I am looking for.

A complete price pivot is defined as a lower high on either side of a higher price where price closes equal to or exceeds the bottom of the body of the initiating bar. It is also a complete price pivot if a higher low on either side of a lower price where price closes equal to or exceeds the top of the body of the initiating bar.

The line that is drawn from the initiating bar is what I am looking for.
