Draw line at 3 point pullback from recent high?

I would like an efs that would draw a line at a specified pullback level from recent high or low (say 3 pts from hi or lo). Any ideas on how to do this?

Pretty pathetic compared to Ensign.

I probably could do both of these tasks in an hour with Ensign, w/o any special programming skills. w/Esignal I don't have a clue, and it doesn't appear others do, either, or you all are keeping the clues to yourselves
