sell signal if close is x% above upper linear regression channel?

Is there a way where I can get a sell signal to pop up if, lets say if the close is above the upper channel by x% and the 5day MA is below the price?

In wizard I have gotten to a sell signall if the close is above upper channel and above 5 sma.

So something like if close is greater than upper channel by 10% and above the 5sma.
