color pricebars for different time frames

Would like to have the pricebars (chart) appear in different colors for night and day session.

Have not found any efs specific to having time variables allocate different colors to the pricebars.

For instance, let the day-session (9am-4pm) bars appear in blue and the night-session (5pm-7am) appear in black.

Can you please provide me with the efs code or any existing efs studys to fit this criteria.
