Incorrect rolling pivots

I have a problem with the rolling pivot.efs that i have been using. It moves around on the open and I am trying to understand why that would happen. The pivot is based on yesterday high, low, close so why would the pivot for today change ? It is in one location when the stock opens and another a half hour later at 10 am. This happens to be frustrating and not to mention invalidates its use as an indicator when it can't be trusted. Help......please. Thanks.

I am using the normal rolling pivot formula from alex and it straightens itself out after about a half hour.....but i was wondering if anyone else has this problem ? thanks
