  • Can you make one EFS study as an entry and another study as an exit

I was wanting a Moving average crossover as entry point say 40 day average and set the exit point on another average say 9day or 18 day average. Is there an EFS like this or how can i make it?

    Kev,

This type of strategy can easily be created with the strategy wizard.

In addition there is a moving average crossover strategy in the default esignal backtesting directory. I'm not on my home computer wih esignal installed so I'm not certain of the directory name. Look in Program Files/eSignal/Formulas/ in think the name is BT, Backtesting or something like that.
