Directional Day Filter

Hello,

I want to use the DirectionalDayFilter.efs.
But I want to use it for CET- Central European Time (15.30 CET equals
9.30 ET). The Bar at the current version appear at 9.30 ET.

Is there any other version for CET or what has to be changed at the efs code to get the DDF Indicator for CET?!
