  • Stochastic Coming Out of Overbought/Oversold

I am a long-time user of esignal but new to the efs coding language. (I am an out-dated Cobol analyst so I understand programming.)

Is there an existing efs that will mark when the stochastics blue line comes from above 80 to less than 80 and also from below 20 to greater than 20?

I've tried to find other efs modules that might be similar to what I need and mess with the code but I haven't had any luck. The closest I found is MACDx-over.efs that marks crossovers of the MACD lines.

I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks.

I never found an existing efs to satisfy my request, so I took the MACD efs and retro fitted it to handle stochastics.

The attached efs not only will place an arrow when the blue line stochastics comes out of overbought or oversold, but different colored arrows to signify the severity (momentum) of the blue line crossover.
