Need help with alert for IE/2.efs

I am using the IE/2.efs, and I want an alert in the Triggered Alert List Pop-up Window, as well as either a color change on the background color or an arrow (wingding) on the chart when price closes either above or below the plotted line of the efs. I have no problem creating these with MAs, MOM, MACDS, etc., but I do not know with the efs where to place or which parameter to use to create the conditional statement (If close() > ?, then setBarBgColor......) Can anyone help with this?
