willams bands

Hi,
I have tradestation code for williams bands. I was wondering if some one could convert it to efs. Here is the script

Plot1( Average(close,3)+1*(StdDev(close,3)+AvgTrueRange(3 ))/2, "Plot1" ) ;
Plot2( Average(close,3)-1*(StdDev(close,3)+AvgTrueRange(3))/2, "Plot2" ) ;
