RSI high low oscillator

Can anyone point me to an efs study you've seen for:

RSI high-low oscillator

It consists of 2 windows. One window has 2 lines - 14 bar RSI using highs and 14 bar RSI using lows.

A window below that has an RSI High Low oscillator is the difference between the 2 lines.
