EFS Design

I would like to design a new EFS. Now, I woul dlike to plot a green up arrow, or a red down arrow, when the 10 days MA crosses over the 50 day MA, from bottom to top, or viceversa.

The idea is to design or to modify such an EFS. Is there something available that I can modify?

Should I create from scratch?
