The attached efs should do what you asked.
It will give only one alert (both a sound an alert list) on the close of the bar when the two EMAs cross
All parameters for both EMA are user adjustable through Edit Studies

You do not need the Formula Wizard to set the parameters for the EMA. Right click the chart select Edit Studies then select the MAx2 study from the dropdown list.
As an aside you cannot open this efs with the Formula Wizard as that tool was not used to create it

As far as I can see it pops up at my end.
Go to Tools->EFS->Alert List and when the Triggered Alerts window appears right click it and make sure Popup on Alerts is checked.

              Alex,

is it possible to get the normal MAx2 (I think the 3 and 10 MA)
              without showing the MA lines?
              Only blue and red bars?

              Thanks

You mean paint the bars based on one MA being above/below the other without plotting the MAs?
Yes it is possible. Do you want to paint only the crossover bars or all the bars?

                  Alex,

                  I work with your efs which plots, I think a 3 and a 10 MA. (MAx2)
If one crosses the other the bars are blue and below they are red. The MA´s are also shown in your efs study.

I need the same efs study but without the MA´s in the chart.

                  Thanks

Open the efs with the Editor and change the return line to
                    return;

is it possible to get this efs without (or with a shorter) text?
                              (MA.2(3,0,Close,MAStudy.SIMPLE,10,0,Close,MAStudy. SIMPLE)
