Adding dots to highs and lows

Hello
I wonder if anybody can color a bar with a yellow dot on highs and lows where - placing the dot at the high and low of the bar respectively?

high is higher than previous and next bar and low is higher than low of previous and next bar

low is lower than previous and next bar and high is lower than high of previous and next bar

Hope someone can help!
