moving avg crossover alarm

have several alaerts for ma when price crossover a ma, but can not find any studies that trigger a alarm that is from 2 different ma's crossing each other and then give a alert
any help in locating this efs, if it exist

If you run a search through the forum using the keyword average* cross* you should find many other examples as this topic has been covered several times before
