Swing (HiLo)

In the Ninja Trader System there is a indicator named Swing (HILO) which draw horizontal lines on tops and bottoms.
I am sure there is a EFS formula wich do the same, but I do not know where I can found it. I do not remember its name.
Can someone help me, please?

I am not familiar with the Swing study you are referring to however based on your description it sounds similar in concept to the RealtimeSwings.efs which you may be able to adapt to your requirements with some changes.
