Hello,
I read an article about Outside- and the following Inside Bars and tried to compute a code in efs. The objective describes as follows:
(For Intraday usage/Realtime but compute on close of bar)
1. An OutsideBar has formed
2. The Colour of the OutsideBar transforms to red
3. As long as there is no close above or below that first OutsideBar the colour of the following bars stay red.
4. As soon as the close is above or below the high/low of the OutsideBar the Bars turn black again.
It sounds simple but I tried a long time and didn't get it. My main problem is the counter or the reference to that First OutsideBar as a constant value over several Bars/Periods.
I attached a file from an other Programm named "Investox". Here someone did it. But I am not able to translate it to efs.
After all, I have to appologize for my bumpy english, but I'm German. Hopefully there is someone out there who might help me.
