  • time count down clock for bar on chart

does anybody have code for a time clock to display how much time is left for bar to close. for example running 5 minute bars and it is 1 minute into bar time frame. time clock would now show 4 minutes to end close of bar, and then reset to 5 minutes at open of new bar.
    Thank you

    Hi,

As a start, via a Forum Search using "seconds per bar" and just a brief look I found:

See if that post helps, if not you might look at the above forum search results more closely or maybe search "seconds left" etc.

As Wayne suggested, by elaborating the search terms, you may be able to find some other countdown timers out there. Try using the Search tool with an Advanced Query.

        PHP Code:
Advanced query:  Join words with AND, OR and NOT to control your search in more detail.
Add asterisks (*) to use wild cards in your search (*bulletmatches vBulletin etc.)
For example, an Advanced Query with the following search term *second* AND *left* AND *bar* AND *time* will help narrow your search. Here are a few others that were identified with this search term as follows:

Between these and what Wayne has already provided, you should have a good start on what you need. If not, try performing some additional searches.

Please let us know with a followup post if you find (or create) something new that you find particularly useful.
