Multiple Timeframes on one chart

I'm trying to replicate some setups that I had in TS and get a symbol to display 2 or more timeframes on the same chart, for example, 5 min and 30 min for ES. I would then like to be able to take an indicator from one TF, say the Donchian on 30 min, and apply it directly to the 5 min bars.
Can this be done in eSignal?

All the studies included in the EFS2 Custom folder of Formulas are enabled for multiple intervals and/or external symbols meaning that they can be run on a chart of a given interval (and/or symbol) and the calculations and resulting plots are based on another interval (and/or symbol)
Also if you search the forums you will find many other custom indicators that are enabled for multiple intervals and/or external symbols

This is actually a very good way to spot potential setups.

Can anyone elaborate on the whole "Multiple Timeframe" theme?

For example, if I'm watching a 30 minute chart and a 5 minute chart, and they both have a 9 period Simple Moving Average...can I plot the 30 minute SMA inside the 5 minute chart?

So the 5 minute chart would now contain both SMA lines....but how do you reference that in the code?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Alex I've been having a lot of success plotting and using the EFS Custom indicators.

My question for you is this:

When you have a 1 minute chart...and then you load a 5 minute CustomMA line into that 1 minute chart, the line itself is very squiggly and is constantly moving during each 1 minute bar formation.

Is there a way to stablize the line and perhaps plot it bar by bar?
