specific period hi low

I have been searching the forum for a variation of firstxmin.efs
and have yet to find it. maybe some can stear me in the right direction.

What i want to do is plot the hi and low for a specific block of time.
IE. paint a horizontal line for high and the low for the time period
between 12am to 5am.
