looking for MA crossover(MAC) OSCILLATOR AND ma w/arrows and pullback efs

the EFS file appeared in the mar 09 issue of TA S&C magazine page 22. I cant find it anywhere. This is my first time trying to navigate the central forum and my 1st week with esignal . the efs are 1)moving average crossover(mac) oscillator
2)moving averages with arrows
3)pullback

I would appreciate some assistance and thanks in advance.

All the formulas provided by eSignal for the TA S&C magazine articles are posted in the Stocks and Commodities Magazine forum and mirrored in the EFS KnowledgeBase in the EFS Library-> Stocks and Commodities Magazine folder
