Sound for Horizontal Line

I often use the horizontal line for static stop levels.

Does anyone have a "patch" or revised formula for the default eSignal Horizontal Line that would:

1) Use the default icon and line attributes ( color, weight, ability
to move up and down on the chart, etc.? )

2) Incorporate a sound alert when closing prices:
Cross above the horizontal line in a BEAR market?
Cross below the horizontal line in a BULL market?

3) If for sale, how much and how is payment made?
