existing formula on consecutive highs

I am looking to use a formula that would alert me to when a stock hits at least 3 of the same highs during a day.

They would not necessarily be highs OF the day, but just the same highs (like on a 5 minute chart).

Any recommendations for where to find an existing formula? Or will I have to have someone develop it?
