200 moving avg alert!

hi. i'd like to set up an alert that triggers once any stock within a basket gets to within $.20 of it's 200 period moving average on a 5 minute chart. the stocks within the basket could be entered manually one time or be based on volume, exchange, share price,etc. does anyone know how to do this? thanks,
