Market Delta Indicator

Just curious, is there a reason why someone hasn't created a simple cumulative volume delta candle indicator using EFS for eSignal? I realize that we do not have access to historical tick data through EFS, but if a DLL was created would this data not be accessible through EFS and therefore the creation of an indicator would be possible?

I'd appreciate any feedback on this.

At $200 for an ActiveX license and $20 a month to use the API I understand why this hasn't been done. Perhaps eSignal will add this functionality sometime in the future.
