Thom Hartle in his Active Traders Magazine article in 1/2002 - The True Strength Index - describes the Blau TSI, which has an efs - Blau TSI.efs. However he also describes a bar chart of the difference between the red and blue lines of the Blau TSI and how this chart can be used to signal shorter term trades. I can't find this (Blau) TSI Diff bar chart in the efs library but may not be using the proper nomenclature. Is there an efs for this bar chart?
