first hour high and low

I am just looking to make a study that makes a line on the highest and lowest values but only in the first hour of the day. That is the line goes across the whole day but only shows the high from the first 12 bars on the 5 minute interval and such. I figured out how to make lines and all that but I am new to the manipulation of the series data. I could really use the help or at least a point in the right direction.

I just read a bunch of junk till i figured out how to do it. Any thoughts? Maybe how to get it on each day?

Some of the issues i run across is with premarket data. How to get it to only run during actual market hours. I have found some nifty ways to get it to not be on at all during that time. But changing the time template or switching to nyse charts is not ideal.
