MA Bollinger Bands

Does anyone know if there is an efs out there for MA based Bollinger bands. They are very similar to bolinger bands but are based on one or more moving averaged (EMA/SMA) and displayed in a separate pane.

If not, this would be a great addtion to the esignal library of formulas
