Need help in displaying the static text in the indicator pane

Hi,
I am new to the EFS and Javascript style of coding. I am looking forward to display the following calculated data as static data in the indicator pane.

Pivot Levels
PR2 -- 0.7454
PR1 -- 0.7398
PL -- 0.7297
PS1 -- 0.7241
PS2 -- 0.714


Moving Averages
5Day MA -- 0.7232
10Day MA -- 0.713
20Day MA -- 0.718
50Day MA -- 0.7196
100Day MA -- 0.7076

Can anybody help me out in programming the script code for EFS?
Any links to already present solution would be gr8.
