Flashing arrows?

I am aware that EFS can plot arrows on the chart screen, but I am wondering if there is any way or what code I could consider using that would plot a flashing arrow.
The idea would be to flash the arrow so that attention could be drawn to the chart, via the flashing arrow.

Has any-one tried doing this?

I've done this in the past by drawing the arrow where you want it.... then x seconds later removing it....then xseconds later re-drawing it and keep it going that way. Give it a shot.
