  • Displaying ABillW_AO in Multiple time frames

    Hi There,
    This is my first post. I am fairly new to eSignal and the world of EFS. I have come from the old world of Tradestation 2000i.
    I am trying to write a time interval into the formula parameters of ABillW_AO.efs so I can display a weekly oscillator on my daily charts. I was trying to work it around with the efs 2 customOsc but end up with a list of syntax errors as long as the formula. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    You could use the Price Oscillator which I posted here and that is already enabled for use with external symbols and./or intervals
    Just set it to the same length and source input used in the script you posted then set the symbol and/or interval on which the indicator is to be based
    FWIW you could also use the customOsc.efs that you mention as that too is already enabled for external symbols and/or intervals however that study return the difference between the two averages as a ratio as I explain in the link I provided above [the profile will be the same though]

      Hi there Alex;
      Thanks for your quick response.
      What I was trying to do with the efs 2 customOsc was to colour the oscillator bars (green/up & red/down) like there was in the ABillW_AO.efs while maintaining the efs 2 customOsc time interval parameter. I ran into syntax problems when I tried to blend the two indicators together. Any insights would be greatly appreciated while I bury myself in the efs tutorials.
