Volume Spikes

I would like to find an Alert that would notify me when volume is greater than 1.618 times the average volume of the the last 6 price bars. These are commonly known as spikes or breakouts.
Is such an alert available??

Well, you can try this one that I wrote for myself. When you run it, you'll be asked to enter parameters. In your case, the percentage move would be 61.8 and the lookback would be 6. You can pick whatever colors you want. For the current bar, it checks every tick and sends an alert (bar color) when the target volume is exceeded. It does play a sound, but it's set up for an x86 Windows 7 machine.
