can anyone help? 25/175 oscillator

want to set up 25/175 oscillator from exponetial moving averages of closes and plot a 20 period moving average of the oscillator. and have this as two lines one for 25/175 and one for 20 ma. ideally would like 25/175 to paint red on a cross below the 20 ma and green on a close above. thank you. new to this so dont know if this is the right place to post?

The attached should do what you asked.
It is essentially a MACD set for 25-175-20 using exponential MAs.
You can modify the parameters using Edit Studies and change the default with the Editor.
