Pivot code help

I was wondering if anyone could help. I have a code for daily pivot lines that I like the style but would like to remove the midpoints from the file and only have PP, S/R 1,2,3 on my chart. Could someone please see if this is possible?

Try the attached file. I added a menu item for when the "TYPE" is "Standard". You can then select to display midpoints or not. The default is to not display the midpoints.
