How to access the emini data back to 2000? Can I make one file?

1.) I want to develop a program that will need to access the emini data historically. Can I make a file or have access to one file that has all the emini data from 2000 to present? Or do I have to access each file (they are three months long, i.e., es h0, es m0, es u0, es z0, es h1, etc.) independently? If so, how?

Called eSignal help desk and after asking many questions, the rep said I should use "ES #F" This is a compilation of all the emini's (ES H1, ES M1, ES U1, and ES Z1 and all the years too).
