Alerts based on Cross MA in 10.6

I am trying to set up alerts based on the cross of 2 moving averages. Can someone point me in the direction of an example of a indicator based alert. I am using version 10.6

Doing a Crossover search on the EFS Database I was able to find several Moving Average Crossovers. This one here (Link below) closely matches your request.
