3/10 Oscillator Settings

Hi, I'm wondering if using these settings in MACD replicate the LBR 3/10 Oscillator settings?

Fast Line = 3
Slow Line = 10
Source = Close
Signal Smoothing = 16

Whats the difference here
Simple MA (Oscillator) check box
vs
Simple MA (Signal Line) check box
