Alerts on the crossover of studies

I want to suggest to add the following feature added to eSignal ASAP.

Ability to generate an alert on the crossover of studies e.g alert generated on the crossover of moving averages added on the chart.

I would appreciate if someone could tell if this feature is being planned in near future and what is the time line.
