I need an efs that can mark a pin bar. Please share incase you have an efs. thanks!

As I understand it the definition for a pin bar resembles very closely those of the Hammer and Shooting Star patterns the formulas for which you can find in this forum.
If those formulas do not exactly fit your needs then you can always use them as a blueprint and modify them to your requirements
