Two day break out alert

Hey everyone,
is anyone aware of a two day break out alert indicator written in the formula wizard ?
One that would constantly scan your core basket stock list during market hours, then bring it to your attention, load the stock to a selected watch list, all stocks that are making a new two day high or low from the previous trading day either on the new high or new low ?
We all know how time consuming setting alerts can be ?!?!

FYI, there really is no way to scan a basket of stocks (more then the EFS symbol limit of 5). You may want to check out http://www.trade-ideas.com for breakout type of alerts. They may carry what you are looking for.
