MA Envelope $instead of %

I would like to have a line drawn above and/or below a moving average that is a certain dollar amount away from the MA. The only thing I can find is an envelope that is set a certain percentage away. Live rep said I might find some help here, but a search didn't seem to find what I wanted. Any help would be appreciated.

The attached efs should do what you asked.
All parameters for the MA can be modified through Edit Studies. Also in Edit Studies you can select if the channel is to be based on Points or Percent (default is Points) and set the corresponding Point or Percent value (default is 0).
In the image below the channel is set to 100 Points above/below the MA
