I will appreciated it very much if you can please help me with the following formula of the McClellan Oscillator.

The McClellan Oscillator is the difference between 10% (approx 19 period) and 5% (appox 39 period) exponential moving avarages of advancing - declining issues.

(10% ema Of Advances - Declines) - (5% ema of Advances - Declines).
