Thrust Oscillator

Is there perhaps any study on the Thrust Oscillator by Tushar Chande. It is based on the Arms index with a different calculation method.

Thrust Oscillator=( Advancing issues x Volume of advancing issues
- Declining issues x Volume of Declining issues) / (Advanving issues x Advancing volume + Declining issues x Declining volume)

Then one need to be able to plot for instance the thrust oscillator as a 15 or 20 or whatever input as a exponential movimg average.

TO oscillator is present in TS SUPPORT as per the script listed in S&C in the month of july (I guess)
