Condition is
Go long when the MACD (12, 26, 9) fast line crosses over the slow line to the upside, and go short when it crosses to the downside

The attached efs should be ready for back testing. To make it easier to identify where the strategy goes Long or Short I paint the specific bars in blue or red respectively.
The efs was created using the Formula Wizard which can be used to view/edit the formula.

With regards to RSI with MA you have two solutions available.
One is to create it yourself as a study on study using the Formula Wizard. The process is explained in this thread.
The second solution is to download MAofRSI.efs from here
